Instructions for papers:
Original research articles broadly within the scope of the conference topics, written in English language, are solicited. The topics/tracks of the conference are available in conference details.

Paper Size & Format:

All submissions should be written in English with a maximum page length of SIX (6) printed pages. Papers should be in PDF format as well as word format compliant with IEEE manuscript guidelines.


Standard IEEE conference templates for Microsoft Word formats should be used to write technical papers and are found at:

Papers exceeding page limits or not in proper format will not be considered for review.

Important IEEE Policy Announcement:

The IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (including its removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.


Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (double submission). Follow these links to learn more: IEEE Policy on Plagiarism and IEEE Policy on Double Submission.

Submitted papers must be unpublished and not currently under review for any other publication. All papers that conform to submission guidelines will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability.


Acceptance of papers will be communicated to authors by email. The authors of the accepted papers will be allowed to make corrections only in accordance with the suggestions of the reviewers and submit final camera-ready papers within the stipulated deadline.Authors need to note that the final submitted papers in camera ready format with changes to Title, Authors or Text not suggested by reviewers will not be accepted for presentation and publication.


To be published in the ICREISG 2020 Conference Proceedings and IEEEXplore, the author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the FULL or LIMITED (member or non-member) rate. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, camera-ready version of the paper. Authors of accepted papers will need to sign an IEEE copyright release form and present their paper at the conference.
