The Department offers four years B. Tech and two years M. Tech degree in Chemical Engineering. The courses offer insight into the chemical process with good management practices. We are committed to producing individuals who have great potential and are really promising. Our placement statistics clearly show an upward trend in the number of jobs for students. Each year students from this department also qualify GATE examination and go for higher studies in reputed institutions.
The Department started in the year 2006. Initially the intake was 40, now it has been increased to 60 from 2008. The department consists of well equipped laboratories along with highly qualified faculty with different specializations. To ignite academic interest of the students and to keep them on the cutting edge of recent technology, the department conducts industrial visits, conferences, expert talks and advance training programmes on various thrust areas.
